but I got cut off when I didn't click the right option because none of them applied to what I needed. On XX/XX/22 they sent me a response that the account was closed so they could not credit the fee of XXXX. I didn't see the message on their website until I received the statement in the mail that showed now my fees were XXXX. I went on their website and saw the message saying they could not give me the credit because the account was closed. I have no idea why they didn't email me or call me. They have both my email and phone number. I called to see if they could excuse the fees again. The response was that the account is closed so they can not credit the fees. My response to them was if the account is closed and you can not credit the fees how can you be charging the fees on the closed account. One can't work without the other. They would not credit the fees. It is not about the money 1
