This profile shows why did i not have a notification of the 1st transaction on XX/XX/XXXX?. I had no notification sent to me when the transaction first started on XX/XX/XXXX. These transaction were duplicate transaction as well over the course of several days. Days later when Chase probabaly caught on knowing its fraud was when I got my first notification on XX/XX/XXXX. By then it's too late. I can not talk to anyone on the phone at XXXX to dispute these charges. All I can do is fill out a form and let them investigate. The anwer I got back from XXXX was its valid. No explanation to these {$2500.00} of gaming from XXXX or XXXX. ( I had to do extensive research to try to find out where its from ). I told Chase I refuse to pay charges to a company that I cant even talk to anyone to dispute or even give me an explanation. I want them to chargeback to XXXX and let me deal with it. Chase fraud team specialist did advise me that due to Covid you cant talk to XXXX. If I am unable to even talk to them then I should not be held liable and Chase should chargeback those to XXXX.
