| they called me again on XX/XX/XXXX. They didnt leave a message. They called again on XX/XX/XXXX. I answered and they asked me to pay the balance in full. I told the woman that I had a court judgement and that Id already sent them {$750.00} and that the {$2000.00} was still being held and that I had no more money for them. She said she had no record of any of that. I had to explain the entire court settlement/bank levy situation to her and then she had to go look for the checks I had sent. Thankfully she did eventually find them. She asked me if I was willing to set up a new payment plan. I told her I wanted to stick to the court judgement. She confirmed that my account is now up to date in accordance to that agreement | 1 |

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault.
