| I have requested Experian to send me a full and complete file disclosure of the investigation process. A credit report is not a file disclosure. Which is a violation under the FCRA law. I was told to call in to dispute any inaccurate information on my credit report. I was told I couldn't dispute over the phone. So I got hung up on. Another violation of my rights under the FCRA law. I have sent all the proper documentation Experian has asked for to remove these accounts from my credit report. Experian has violated my right to privacy and a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions under the FCRA law. Another violation under the FCRA law. | 1 |

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault.
