I ca n't even believe that if I were a working individual ( not retired or XXXX ) that a mortgage company would require that my employer submit a guarantee letter stating that I have guaranteed employment for the next 36 months. No employer would put themselves in a position of guaranteeing employment for anyone for a future period of time. I believe that I was only asked to obtain these letters because I am over the age of XXXX and that I am XXXX.
