( Mind you this is 10 days after Rushmore received the payoff. ) I contacted Rushmore and was told the funds were returned because it was {$760.00} short. Rushmore said the shortage was for a foreclosure attorney. They also said it was added 7 days after I received the payoff statement dated XX/XX/2021. The house was never in foreclosure. When I called to ask for the payoff amount the Customer Service Rep stated the property was not in foreclosure so she can request the payoff. No one informed me of extra money being due before | 1 |
