In 14 months we have had 3 weeks that were reversed and one was paid online - that leaves 2 weeks short but we had an extra week in XXXX and XXXX that was paid in and applied to the account not to principle so the reversals do not take us off schedule Town Mortgage misapplying payments does. They have also failed to provide in writing how they were going to apply the so called XXXX payment if they were not going to apply it according to the extra weeks we have in a year like most mortgage companies do.
