| but I work from home and no package was delivered. I didn't pay it any mine as I've spoken to the rep and everything was cleared up so I assume that it was just an automated response. Months passed by and while I was on a business trip in New York I saw that the charge was put back onto my account stating that Bank of America denied my claim. I didn't understand so I called them to understand what was happening. Apparently the package was redirected to an address in California. I never did such a thing. It was all too peculiar. I submitted a police report and BOA still denied my claim for the third time. No one has access to my physical credit card. So | 1 |

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault.
