| they would have charged me a huge late fee of XXXX to XXXX dollars. It should also be noted that every person I talked to was obviously someone from out of the country due to their strong accents. So not only is the this company holding on to my monye they are also outsourcing our jobs. This behavior is outrageous and something should be done to prevent these financail institutions from taking advantage of consumers.
