| '' and saying I have an issue that needs escalation. '' This also did not work and I am just looking to speak with a live agent to resolve the issue. I did not run into any issues like this with the other credit bureaus that seem to have a more effective system of customer service for people who are wanting to monitor their credit. I personally ran into confusion as to why it is so difficult to speak to an agent as I am experiencing a unique issue while attempting to register for their service.
