My husband and I went to the branch as early as the branch opened and talked directly with the manager XXXX XXXX who with an attitude told us that she checked our account yesterday and they are still working on it. The manager said that she was going to keep working on my account so we told her we are not leaving until we get our money back today. The manager went to the back of the branch and we were waiting for over an hour until she sent someone to tell us that it was going to take longer and we can leave and she will call us. At this point nothing has been resolve. I am late with my payments which the {$860.00} were going to cover those bills 1
