| I spoke with the representative at Loan Depot regarding the signature and notary of the documents. I am the POA of the mortgage holder and at that time he was ill and not able to sign or be notarized. I was told by the representative that the documents needed my name as well as my dads and told Do not send those documents we will send you new documents with your name and his name. I empathized the fact that my loan was about to be transferred by the first of the next month and also there was a deadline for the documents I had in hand. She assured me that New documents would be sent out with a new due date .. She also took the payment for XXXX as well. The documents were never sent and on XX/XX/XXXX the loan was transferred. I was told to contact new servicer regarding the documents. Upon contact with new servicer I was informed that there no info regarding XXXX. Called loan Depot again and I was told that it takes up to 60 days for all documents to be transferred and not to worry that they would be no late fees.At no time did they mention that the XXXX program had been reversed. I later learned that it had been reversed on XX/XX/XXXX .After numerous calls to Loan Depo and new servicer I was informed by new servicer that the program had been reversed due to being booked incorrectly | 1 |
