How much more do I need to be punished for being an XXXX XXXX XXXX customer for less than a year and will my credit endlessly be affected for something I paid? When does this stop? How many more collection agencies will this {$200.00} go to? How much more of my time do I get to waste on something so despicable? Now a collection agency called Sunrise Credit Services claims I owe this {$200.00} and refuses to even tell me that it will be removed from my credit report!!!! THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. Why wouldnt this be removed from my credit report? I do NOT owe this. This need to stop once and for all and be removed IMMEDIATELY from my credit report! I emailed Sunrise Credit the year old letter from XXXX XXXX today XX/XX/XXXX. I feel it is unjust in this situation to make someone wait for this collection agency to remove it from my account 1

What the CFPB Record Shows About phones

phones has accumulated 2 consumer complaints in the CFPB public database, with filings active across 2 U.S. states. Of those submissions, 1 includes a consumer narrative — the verbatim description of the reported problem that the CFPB collects alongside each filing. The earliest complaint on file dates back to Oddl, and the most recent logged activity is XX/XX/XXXX, giving this record a multi-year window of observable consumer sentiment.

Looking at response behavior, phones reports a 0% timely-response rate and has closed 0% of cases with a written explanation to the consumer. 0% of complaints were closed with monetary or non-monetary relief — an outcome signal that tracks how often consumers walked away with some form of remediation. A further 0% of responses were formally disputed by the consumer after the company replied, a useful marker of resolution quality independent of sheer volume. The most-reported product category for this record is "XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Invoice # Invoice Date Balance Due XXXX XXXX {$0.00} Line Total {$890.00} {$29.00} {$920.00} Item Repair Cable Disclaimer Description XXXX '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Unit Cost {$890.00} {$14.00} Quantity XXXX XXXX DC Computers Return Policy- Used computers", and the single most common underlying issue is "tablets and monitors may be returned within XXXX calendar days from date of purchase. New computers".

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault. Use this page as one input among many when evaluating phones: cross-check against the CFPB Consumer Complaint Database directly, review your own contract terms, and consult a licensed professional for financial, legal, or regulatory advice.
