| Immediately called Stenger & Stenger and was told payment did not go through due to amount being over limit for single transaction on my card. Asked why I was never notified of this and not given an answer. At this point they tried to add an additional {$300.00} fee interest owed. After speaking with numerous people and them reviewing my record they agreed to removing that fee. Gave them my debit card again and called the bank to allow the charge. They waited several days to run my card | 1 |

| no contact regarding this from Stenger & Stenger. I found out when I contacted my employer asking if they had received the garnishment release. Again called S & S and this time paid by electronic check. Was told they would close my account and send garnishment release- this was on XX/XX/year>. I asked about when the amount garnished would be refunded and told within 1 to 2 weeks. Was notified by my employer again today that this check was also garnished and no release has been received as of XXXX. Again | 1 |

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault.
