She stated that she was no longer a resident at the address and that I ( her mother ) made all payments for the mortgage which was neither in arrears nor foreclosure. They assured her that nothing they did would affect my residence. XXXX XXXX was persistent in stating that the attorney for XXXX XXXX XXXX was obligated by the court to prepare a Proof of Claims file and to submit it to the court regardless of whether it was requested or authorized.
