I filed my complaint about this and I requested a description of the procedures used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information reporting. It is my belief that no such records exist and my right to privacy has been violated for profit. My financial reputation is being ruined due to TRANSUNION 's blatant disregard for federal law. It is my belief that TRANSUNION feels comfortable committing blatant violations of the FCRA because they know the CFPB will not enforce the laws set forth by congress as shown time and time again.
