I am currently working with another Nation Star employee who states that the best they can do is move the escrow balance on the 20 % loan to the 80 % loan. It has been over two weeks already since she last told me this and nothing is happening. I would like for Nation Star Mortgage to pay for the escrow balance on the 20 % LOAN since it was their mistake. They took it out of the 20 % loan which was a mistake and they told me I did n't have to send it back which was false.
