Issue Complaints
I was continually told it was my fault and there was nothing they could do to speed up the process. They offered to resolution other than to say it takes 1-3 business days. Because they switched it to an ach transfer without making that clear I am going to lose my earnest deposit and all of the fees I have paid up to this point to purchase the home. I spent two hours on hole on the phone with them. I went into a physical bank of america and spoke to a representative there and was told there is nothing they can do. I now have to access to my funds as they are not in the bank account of the title company 1
