| I was continually told it was my fault and there was nothing they could do to speed up the process. They offered to resolution other than to say it takes 1-3 business days. Because they switched it to an ach transfer without making that clear I am going to lose my earnest deposit and all of the fees I have paid up to this point to purchase the home. I spent two hours on hole on the phone with them. I went into a physical bank of america and spoke to a representative there and was told there is nothing they can do. I now have to access to my funds as they are not in the bank account of the title company | 1 |

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault.
