| again discovering that a claim had not been filed. He asked to speak to a manager and was told one wasn't available and they would have one contact him on XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX. No one contacted him. We have probably been on the phone with them a total of 10 hours all to no avail. I have not once received any notification that a claim has been filed. When I log into my account there is nothing in there indicating a claim has been filed and the charge is still on there.
