If they cant rectify the situation it can stay how it is and then we can just go to small claims court and handle it that way. On top of that they claim they mail me notices all the way back in XXXX and XXXX and XXXX of last year and I find it ironic that this time I got the letter it was actually mailed to my home address and not my mailing address which should be the address that is on my drivers license and also the address that the car is registered under so That in particular as I explained to the representative on the phone 1
