My bankruptcy judgement was entered XX/XX/XXXX Westlake continued to coerce me into and accept payment on an illegitimate debt that had been discharged in bankruptcy for a year up until XX/XX/XXXX in which was the last payment made for the one time payoff settlement offer was paid and the loan had been totally fulfilled or so I thought. Im not aware where the {$200.00} balance is from at all being that the payoff offer was fulfilled totally or this account was charged off in bankruptcy!!?
