| rather that my card was simply used. I was also informed that since Citibank did not document the dispute properly that I have a higher chance of losing. I spoke to people in group ID XXXX to discuss. One of those spoken to was XXXX who had promised to fix it all on XX/XX/XXXX. 3 more calls had to be made afterward and nothing has been resolved. Currently Citibank is charging me for over {$4000.00} of charges that I have not made. My response was to please prove that I personally made the charges being that there will be no way to prove it being that it wasn't actually me. Citibank at one time had the merchant on the phone on XX/XX/XXXX. Citibank was ok with the questions the merchant was asking such as : what is your social security number. This is all on the recorded call on that date. I do not believe a merchant has a right to ask that | 1 |
