| I attempted to withdraw nearly {$2000.00} and was immediately put on a restriction again. I emailed the support email address asking why this occurred and to expedite the review so I can access/withdraw my money. I again received a very generic response that they are transferring this matter to the appropriate team for review. I also requested a call and spoke with an individual that provided no insight as to why my account was restricted ( again ) and confirmed that I will not be able to withdraw any of my money until the review is complete. I asked for a resolution or update today since this is obviously becoming quite concerning. I have yet to receive any sort of update | 1 |
