| I would have declined this offer in lieu of continuation of my monthly mortgage. Subsequently at the end of the forbearance period I resumed my monthly payments and have not missed any. I submitted an application for modification of my mortgage agreement and have had to submit multiple documents for this package to be termed complete. Several time I had been told it was completed only to then get another request for more information. I am still awaiting the determination of the application and now have been placed in a foreclosure status with the deferred payments being referred to as delinquent. I vehemently disagree with this terminology and foreclosure status as I have not MISSED any mortgage payments! I have been called by my personal lawyer stating that he has noticed a listing of my house being in foreclosure status in the public record. So now | 1 |
