| I had exhausted all of my efforts in order to retrieve the rest of my bank funds but was now being told that they couldn't give me anymore information on the situation and that due to suspicious activity '' they wouldn't be releasing the money. The bank account is still open and I receive bank statements and monthly interest on the money in the account. They had told me that after a certain amount of time if the bank account remains inactive it will be closed and they will be keeping the funds for themselves. This seemed very odd to me and caused me to believe this was not legal nor ethical. There is still {$9200.00} in the account that I would like to recover as it rightfully belongs to me. I do not believe that Capital One has the right to hold all of my money until they will inevitably be able to keep it due to a {$200.00} refund.,,CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION,NH,038XX,,Consent provided,Web,2021-08-15,Closed with explanation,Yes,N/A,4631405 | 1 |
