| this is invalid transaction because I should not be responsible for taxes because old home owner provided funds at closing to pay those taxes and someone has those money. When I called to UWM I was told that I should not be responsible for that tax bill or interest and penalties- it will be paid by lender. My escrow has negative balance because XXXX took money out of it to pay the bill+ interest and penalties while lender- UWM advised them to pay out of their account. I was told by UWM that broker XXXX XXXX XXXX company sent them a check to cover taxes and they will be responsible for paying penalties and interest. Since XX/XX/XXXX funds have never been deposited back to my account. Again | 1 |
