and my Son said we don't give out Social Security numbers over the phone. The rep said give an account number and I gave him my savings account number. He also said that the account was under review and that he would have to transfer me to a chase bank specialist for more information. The specialist got on the phone and asked for verification so I gave him my savings account information and he said that he couldn't pull up my account. But the rep was able to do it. Which was very weird. So I gave him my Social Security number and he said that my account was frozen because its being investigated by a Global Security Investigation Team. I asked for more information and he said to come in to the bank and we would be able to work it out. So yesterday morning my Son XXXX XXXX and I went to the Chase Bank in XXXX and the banker sat me down for 2 hours just to tell me the same information that everyone else were saying. She also acted like she couldn't find the fraud number that was given to me from the other branch. But when she finally found the number and called it she said the lady wasn't at her desk and to call back in one - two hours. We called the number and the lady never answered 1
