| he had me download the app XXXX so he could take a look at my XXXX account to see what was happening. I didnt think anything about it because anytime Ive had someone in a professional setting work on a computer they always had to get remote access. I was so wrong. He did several transactions in XXXX and the little bit of money I had in there didnt move. Then he told me since my XXXX account was linked to my Chime account he would need to check it to make sure they hadnt already setup a transaction to come out that night. He then put me on hold for about XXXX minutes ( I figure that is when he was setting things up ) and when he came back he said the scammers had set up XXXX transactions to come out of my Chime account that night. He then told me that my money would need to be moved to keep them from taking it and he would fix the problem and move it back. When he went into pay anyone I told him I didnt know about that. He assured me that my money wouldnt actually go out of my account. Of course | 1 |

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault.
