What the CFPB Record Shows About COMPLETENESS

COMPLETENESS has accumulated 1 consumer complaint in the CFPB public database, with filings active across 1 U.S. state. A further 0% of responses were formally disputed by the consumer after the company replied, a useful marker of resolution quality independent of sheer volume. The most-reported product category for this record is "the original creditor sold and transferred my account to another lender and leaving my account in status of a charged off account. The law has been violated against my rights. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a A consumer report does not include reporting containing information Soley as the transactional appearances as the consumer and the person making the report. According to 15 U.S. Code 1666 ( b ) Timing of payments a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit card plan as a late for any purpose", and the single most common underlying issue is "so please correct this immediately! If you suspect that a company 's claim is not in compliance with regulations or the law".

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault.
