even with the ongoing issues I've had with the app over the last XXXX to XXXX years. Even your other tellers and managers have admitted the app can be bad I mean even recently when I reordered a debit card for my other account they sent me an ATM card and it's not even universal I can only use it at UMB locations which again aren't abundant. I couldn't even use my own money when I had over {$7000.00} deposited for weeks I was forced to transfer to another account that I used for the sports stuff. Obviously that latter part has nothing to do with the reason we are speaking but it's just something I wanted to bring to the attention not to you but to whoever the powers that be are the app is terrible it is always on delay and it's very confusing. I can't begin to tell you how many times it's screwed me on the last and umb had given me credits for it. I'd run a card realize it was in the wrong account and then same day at same night transfer the money into that account it show positive only to hit me with multiple overdraft fees days later. You can clearly pull out my bank records on my accounts and see this is true. In the end I would still like to retain my relationship with the bank. With that days I want my negative balance removed from collections and the fees and I'm not asking for all of them to be removed. I definitely earned some of them with my mistake which again I called in next day. However the continuation of them has been a nightmare for me and now XXXX credit when I'm going to buy a home this summer. I've already been prey approved by and independent lender to see where I stood for over XXXX but I wanted to do my loan with my bank who controls the rest of my accounts. To simplify things and because I believe in relationships. My apologies for the long email. The phone call in question time and date that would've been recorded is attached for your consideration. Thank you again for your customer service.
