I did print it out and there was a reference number and phone numbers. We called and once again we started the transfer nobody can help game ( after speaking with XXXX at the executive offices who told us they would be able to help and she could do nothing ). Initial person said they could not help and transferred us to someone else. She ( XXXX ) after speaking with us for 10 minutes and trying to give us a cyber security lesson | 1 |
