They committed fraud and I and many others are a victim of this company and I'm simply asking Barclay MasterCard to adhere to and honor their own guidelines and rectify the situation by issuing a full refund for the above charges. Barclay has refused to even submit a request to mastercard asking for a refund and I just want them to use the correct chargeback reason code and submit the request. Several other individuals I've spoken with have gone through the same thing with mastercard and have had no problem getting their purchase refunded because the company in question was illegitimate.
