The closed sales he used as comps were all listed at {$160000.00} or below and had only 1 or 1.5 bedrooms. All of the homes were given a value of adjustment for a fence between $ XXXX {$10000.00}. I have a fence and my home was not given any value adjustment. Two of the homes he used were 14 and 15 yrs older than my home.
