My letters stated How could the matter be resolved when I have NEVER received debt validation from XXXX or debt verification from the bureaus? Im not just going to believe XXXX XXXX just because they say so? I thought the whole purpose of the law was for them to provide proof within 30 days. It's been almost 10 months. Why hasn't this company sent to me whatever information they are sending to the credit bureaus that the account is verified as accurate and updated ''? I don't believe the debt can be validated. I don't believe the bureaus did an investigation because when I asked how was it verified the bureau 's response was to contact the creditor. I did that and they didn't answer.
