I called and made a payment for XXXX with a Lending Club customer service person and then I got an email from Lending Club falsely stating that I had authorized a payment for {$200.00} twhen I never authorized that amount. Lending Club told me that someone would get back to me because they had gotten the amount incorrect. My bill said I owed {$200.00} for XX/XX/XXXX when I only am supposed to pay $ XXXX/month. No one has gotten back to me after three times I called and spent an hour on the phone. I can not make payments because they keep XXXX up after they charged my account off. They need to fix this problem once and for all. I want my account not to be charged off | 1 |
