And be affecting my credit score for the rest of my life? She then gave me credit score advice which I dont believe she is legally allowed to do And basically said maybe if I had been monitoring my credit score closer that this wouldnt have gone missed. I contacted XXXX and they said that Bill had been settled XX/XX/2015 and they had been notified that it had been paid on XX/XX/2015. So this is just been a XXXX open balance on my credit score since XX/XX/2015. That is unacceptable. My credit score has been affected now for five years without my knowledge and wrongfully. Not to mention the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect that I experienced when trying to get this solved is unmatched by and Ive had before. The woman and her supervisor whose names I have were inconsiderate rude wrong and really causing me emotional distress. I called XXXX to get my information and the woman had to talk me through my XXXX XXXX. I couldnt catch my breath I was dizzy and my night was completely ruined because I was having such a severe XXXX XXXX. The woman from XX/XX/XXXXinsured me that everything should be OK and she emailed over the proof that I owe them absolutely nothing and I should be cleared of this.
