| I have filed XXXX disputes trying to have this removed. I have asked for verification of their information. They could not provide this. I have asked for their method of verification. They did not supply that to me. I have gave them a name and phone # from the XXXX County clerk of courts office of someone they could talk to about this. They did not call them. I have sent them a copy of the index listing of tax liens in XXXX County for the date listed on the lien. This came directly from the clerk 's office where tax liens are filed. It was proof that it was not there. They said I was being frivilous. I did one of the disputes on line. The rest I either typed or hand wrote. I had several of them mailed by certified letter and notarized. It did not help. I recently got my last rejection letter about this dispute. They changed the amount from {$1100.00} to {$150.00}. It 's like they do not get what I am trying to tell them. Changing the amount is not going to make it right | 1 |

Complaint volume is heavily influenced by company size, customer base, and market footprint — larger financial institutions routinely carry more filings purely because they serve more consumers. A complaint is a consumer-reported allegation, not proven wrongdoing, and a timely or relief-flagged closure does not by itself confirm fault.
