Thats means I did not give permission to the creditor and therefore have violated my rights due to the fact it caused my account to be reported on status as charged off and purchased by another lender. That is an offense illegally they also committed because the law says to protect and NOT share. I challenge this as an empty diagnosis without any factual proof. I request more information about where these accusations came from so we can work on getting them resolved immediately instead of waiting around indefinitely! I'm not sure what happened there but it does not meet federal or state guidelines for reporting | 1 |
