| for the banks actions in finding this fraud that was going on in my account. I was told I could get a payment plan but this fraud has me so XXXX up I cant afford anything .i havent looked in that account in some time because Im depressed and overwhelmed and frustrated .i now have 2 bank accounts and 2 pre paid cards all with missing money and strange online charges .i cant get my money back and I cant get anyone to tell me how this is happening or what to do about it .but as far as Bank of America I dont think its fair to do that..find fraud file it reimburse then take money back without warning putting me in the hole and bills to be paid with no money.i have now 2 debit cards from Bank of America I havent recieved and looking at my account for the first time in awhile I see theres more charges and I havent even had a card to use since way before XXXX li need help getting my money back and maybe even more importantly I need to no how this is happening and how to stop it .i havent reported the new charges yet because honestly I feel whats the point | 1 |
